Since most of our products are customized, they are produced after customers place orders, so the delivery time will be longer. Please do not place an order if you cannot accept it.
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 4~10 days
- Shipping time:8~15 days
International Shipping Fee:
Orders < $60 USD cost $5 USD.
Orders >= $60 USD for free.
Note for taxes:
For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries (especially some European countries such as Germany, Italy, the UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries' levying rules.
We are excited to offer international shipping for most destinations of the world. The super savings option will take 10 to 30 business days. For faster delivery, we offer Express Shipping Service that can ship to most of the international locations in 7 to 15 business days. Total Delivery Time=Processing Time + Shipping Time (12 days-25 days)
NOTE: Other countries may be different, depending on the product details page. For popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the processing time may be longer.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
Sometimes unexpected delay is caused due to thorough inspection, of stock issues, especially during high-volume periods.
